Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

These terms govern your use of the Payredoo wallet and payments service. By opening an account you accept them.

Opening an account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. One person or business, one account. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your password, payment PIN and device secure and tell us at once if you think someone else has access.

Verification

Some services are unavailable until your identity is verified, and we may ask for further information at any time. We may limit, suspend or close an account where verification is refused, incomplete, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful use.

Your wallet

Balances held in your wallet are a record of funds owed to you. A wallet is not a bank account and balances do not earn interest unless a specific product says otherwise. Balances are held in the currencies shown in the app, and converting between them uses the rate displayed at the time of conversion.

Payments

Fees

Fees are shown before you confirm any payment. We may change them, and will publish the new fees before they take effect.

Mistakes and disputes

If a payment goes wrong, raise a dispute in the app. We will investigate and tell you the outcome. We cannot reverse a completed wallet-to-wallet transfer without the recipient's agreement, and we cannot recover assets sent to an address or network you entered incorrectly.

Acceptable use

You may not use Payredoo for anything unlawful, to launder money, to fund terrorism, to evade sanctions, or to trade in goods and services prohibited by law or by our payment partners. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or interfere with its operation.

Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where the law requires it, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. You may close your account at any time; we will return any remaining balance to a verified account in your name, less anything lawfully owed.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, network failures and the availability of our payment partners can all affect it.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by your own failure to keep your credentials secure or by details you entered incorrectly.

Changes

We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects you we will give notice in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
